Logo Design

DigitalLogo designed for the Hejen Camel Racing Committee who were looking for something that represented the Qatari Identity and the rich heritage of camel racing. 

I decided to keep it simple using the national colors of the Qatari flag and the camel rider wearing the traditional outfit for men in Qatar. The use of a human rider is deliberate, despite the development of using robots in these races, to show the heritage it comes from. The typography selection is a mix of old and contemporary styles to show the simplicity and the elegance of the culture
